Specialty Blade Finishes

This listing is for all of our Specialty Blade Finishes. These are our own creations, combined with multiple standard blade finishes giving our customers the opportunity for a truly unique build. Below are details that you need to know prior to ordering. All of our specialty blade finishes are at least a trio of processes, and include a standard working re-sharpening on our Wicked Edge system but you're given the option to upgrade to a polished edge or a polished double edge (D/E) for those with a dagger style blade. Choose  your finish from the dropdown menu or upload your own pattern for an additional charge. Please note, that images uploaded should be black detail only. no gray or color will be applied to your finish and the pattern will be applied to your blade in a light gray or clean manner. 

Plague Wash - Our plague blade finish was born in the height of the Pandemic. Its a 3 step process leaving the customer with a unique, chaotic, aggressive looking blade. This finish looks great on a more plain build where it can be the center focus. Comes with a standard Wicked Edge re-sharpening. 

Topographic - Our exclusive proprietary topographic pattern. Tight lines and waves through our 2 step blade base finish will add just enough UMPH to your piece without making it overwhelming. 

Battleworn - A precise yet chaotic look for your heavy user knife. Our Battleworn finish is great for those overbuilt knives that just scream "USE ME!* This finish is 3 to 4 steps of awesome, and is great for not only hiding future wear but correcting scratches/logos previously on the blade. This finish comes with a standard Wicked Edge re-sharpening. 

Cracked Earth - Cracked Earth finish resembles exactly that, earth that has crumbled at the site of its awesomeness. The Cracked Earth finish is a 3 to 4 stage finish and one of our most epic looking finishes. A great finish to choose if the rest of your knife is closer to the plain side and you're looking for a pop of flair. Comes with a standard Wicked Edge re-sharpening. 

DigiCam - Our busies and craziest blade finish. Great finish for a user blade as it will mask a lot of usage and carry marks. This is a multi step finish. Please note that some bronzing may occur and is totally safe to your HRC.

Wartorn - Hinderer owners favorite! This custom pattern goes over our stonewashless working finish and has plenty of distressing and lines and cuts to appease the toughest of modern day vikings and battle hardened knife collectors. 

Beskar - Fans of the galaxy from far far away, who run with the Mandolorians, this is for you. This blade finish is a cross of a damascus pattern meets almost a topographic pattern and pairs amazing with our Imperial Laser Gripfor Synthetics!

Racing Stripes - Simple, understated and classy. This blade finish starts with our stonewash-less working finish and adds 2 to 3 solid stripes that very in size on an angle from the spine to the bevel of the blade. Guaranteed to make your knife open faster!

Upload Your Own - For an additional charge, you can create your own specialty blade finish. Your image will be incorporated into our blade finishing process and you'll be left with a unique blade finish that you created. Please keep uploaded images black and white, no gray or shading or color and keep in mind the image uploaded will be applied on the blade in a light gray or "clean" color. Comes with a standard Wicked Edge re-sharpening.
