Description
Friends don't let friends use a dull blade, and you shouldn't let yourself use one, either!
Working edge - A 600-800 grit hand stone retouched edge with just enough tooth to slice anything in the daily use category. VERY sharp, but not polished.
Polished Edge - 1600/5u Ceramic stone and lapping film finished bevel with a razor sharp edge sporting a polished finish, for those that want a shine along with their function. Please note this is NOT a mirror polished bevel.
Culinary Customers - Measure the length of your BLADES ONLY, add up the total, and submit payment based on the $1.50 per inch rate we offer to the culinary world. Email or contact us if any special angle or treatment is preferred.
NOTE: We cannot offer sharpening on Serrated blades - we can offer a "tip off" method, creating a micro bevel on the tips of the serrations, often making them much sharper than being dull, but we don't have the proper equipment to sharpen each individual serration at the time.

Awesome sharpening service
I sent in a Shirogorov to be sharpened. The edge wasn’t awful, but there were a couple spots that could’ve used some love. These guys killed it!! The service was awesome, the work was impeccable, and all with awesome communication. I highly recommend the sharpening and other services from WoK&EDCGH. Thank you!!

Excellent service
Each blade I've sent in always comes back with a perfect edge. You can't beat the price, and it's always a smart add-on if you're sending a knife in for mods. Plus, who doesn't love a polished edge!?

Excellent work
Had a blade sharpened to a mirror polish, and it came back excellently done. Cant beat the edge for the price, especially if you are already sending in a knife for some other services
