The first defining feature of this knife is its breathtaking Damascus steel blade. Expertly crafted from D.P.S. 15 Damascus, it consists of a VG-10 stainless steel core flanked by two pieces of 15-layer Damascus. The resulting 31-layer forge-welded construction is highlighted by the blade's full-flat grind, which reveals the dramatic contrast between the layers and offers exceptional edge geometry for low-friction cutting performance.

Equally unique, the handle of this knife features full stainless steel liners, a stainless steel backspacer, and scales machined from black Pakkawood®—a material that combines the durability and stability of a phenolic laminate with the beauty of natural wood. All other features are consistent with the classic Delica 4, including a sturdy back lock mechanism and four-position pocket clip.
