The Baskin from Artisan Cutlery was designed by Michal Gavac of Gavko Knives. It has an undeniably tactical blade shape but the slender, ergonomic handle makes it more of an EDC/utility knife in our books. The recurve compound blade features an ambidextrous thumb slot for middle finger flicking and a generous finger choil for choking upon. And then there's the action. Riding on ceramic bearings, it's as smooth as glass and locks up nice and snugly with a replaceable lockbar insert so it is supremely perfect right out of the box.
