*This product is part of our previously owned inventory. The item has dyed red camo g-10 scales installed, but originally came with Fat Carbon Red Flow Carbon Fiber, which are included in the box. There is a small crack on the CF scales near the lanyard tube area, due to the brittleness of material and location, these scales have been installed instead. This limited edition Exclusive version of the Spyderco Para Military® 2 was produced for Smoky Mountain Knife Works and is available only through their sales channels.

The blade of this elite knife is crafted from CPM® M4, a special purpose high speed tool steel produced by the particle metallurgy process. CPM M4's sophisticated alloy composition, high vanadium content, and extremely fine grain structure give it exceptional wear resistance and toughness—properties that translate to outstanding edge retention and impact resistance in knife blades.

Equally unique, this knife's handle showcases "fat" carbon fiber scales in a red "lava flow" pattern. This unidirectional carbon fiber/epoxy composite is hand crafted and includes special ceramic additives. When machined to shape, it reveals offers a dramatic appearance unequaled by ordinary handle materials.

All the other characteristics of this knife are consistent with the proven Para Military 2 platform, including nested stainless steel liners, a high-strength Compression Lock® mechanism, and a lightweight, easily cleaned, open-backed construction style.
