Black Electro Anodizing (Titanium Only)

Finally, a way to anodize your titanium black without risking warping from extreme heat or wait long lead times for coating. Our in-house electro anodizing gives you a beautiful black anodizing that is compatible with adding color! Our process is done electrically without any risks to your piece and when hit with a bit of mineral oil or WD40, looks comparable to some fantastic DLC. In some instances where the titanium isn't cooperating, hardware may be blackened utilizing our heat method which is completely safe for screws and matches our electro ano very well. Heat blackening will never be performed on anything but hardware as a last result. All black anodizing will be matte, there is no other option currently, but adding a little bit of oil to the anodized area will help make the black more rich and offer a bit of a sheen/shine. Looking for a little distressing to hide potential carry marks, add a stonewash! 

Handles Only - $60 This option is to apply our black anodizing to a single set of titanium handles. If your handles or scales are coated currently with DLC, Cerakote, or anodized no need to purchase an additional blast or coating removal. 

Ti Liner Set Only - $55 This option is to apply our black anodizing to a single set of titanium liners. If your liners are coated or anodized currently, there is no need to purchase additional blast or coating removal.

Single Handle/Scale/Liner/Tool - $45 This option is to apply our black anodizing to an individual handle, scale, liner or tool like a titanium prybar, watch band, or flashlight separated from all electronics or materials.

Clip Or Inlay - $33 This option is to apply our black anodizing to your titanium pocket clip or titanium inlay. If your clip is currently coated or anodized, you do not need an additional blast or coating removal.

Hardware Set & Spacer - $33 This option is to apply our black anodizing to your titanium hardware screw set, pivot collars and ti spacer. If your hardware or spacer is coated currently, there is no need to add an additional blast or coating removal.

Full Service - $100 This option is to apply our black anodizing to a fully titanium knife. All titanium will have our black anodizing applied. If your titanium is coated or anodized, no need to purchase an additional blast or coating removal.
