Assisted Blades

Assisted blades are the mid-way between fully automatic and traditional folders and flippers. Loaded with a light spring, these pieces allow the spring to assist with opening after the blade is pushed past it's detent point (the point at which the blade leaves it's fully closed position and the detent ball releases from it's spot). You get the lighter assistance of a spring without the push button or extra parts to go with it.
